1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AI ERA Wall Of Fame, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

2. Changes to Terms

Tiny Lab Startups LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

3. Description of Service

AI ERA Wall Of Fame provides a platform where startups can reserve a spot and users can discover and access startups listing that make a self commitment to succeed the AI Revolution in the next 10 years.

4. Conditions & Refund policy

Before reserving your spot and submitting your startup, you must accept the following conditions:

• You must have an active website with an active domain, and only website domain links are accepted
• Startup must be submitted by the founder or anyone who has the authority to reserve a spot
• No violent, obscene, adult, offensive, hate, war, gambling, drugs, crypto, illegal or sketchy content, links are accepted. I reserve the right to refuse any submission that's not acceptable. If your startup is accepted, you also have to follow the same rules.
• If your startup is accepted, you cannot get a refund
• To maintain the integrity of the commitment, you can't change your startup's name or website or have your domain redirected to another website once you are "awaiting approval" or "accepted", unless the startup was acquired, but you can change the other basic information
• You accept the challenge that if your startup fails or ceases operations, I'll add an X overlay to your logo and link to your website will be removed
• Your submission will be accepted or rejected manually. If rejected, we will cancel the transaction and you will not be charged.
• If accepted, your spot will go online after the funds are fully received
• If you check the 'We are hiring now' or 'We are offering deals now' boxes, you agree to remove them and their related content when you're no longer hiring or offering deals. You also agree that I may remove this content if I determine it is outdated or inaccurate.

If your startup is accepted on the Wall of Fame, no refund will be issued.

5. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by any third party. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Posting or transmitting any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or to other users' accounts.
• Using the website to distribute spam or other unsolicited messages.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on AI ERA Wall Of Fame, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tiny Lab Startups LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the website without our prior written permission.

8. Force Majeure

AI ERA Wall Of Fame is intended to be working for a minimum of 10 years (until January 1st, 2035 minimum), however, Tiny Lab Startups LLC shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of our obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure is caused by events, circumstances, or causes beyond our reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, government action, or any other similar events.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tiny Lab Startups LLC or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the website.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tiny Lab Startups LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or your violation of these Terms of Use.
